How it works

HOW IT WORKS

  1. Pick a time and a screamer.

    25, 45, 60 minutes or your own. Then pick who yells: Mom, a drill sergeant, a goat.

  2. Flip your phone face down.

    Leave it on the desk, screen down, unlocked. The timer starts the second it’s flat.

  3. Pick it up. It screams.

    Full volume, even on silent, until it’s face down again. Every catch gets counted.

RECORD ANYONE.

Your mom. Your coach. Your roommate who never stops talking. Ten seconds of them yelling and they’re on call for every session.
